MPSC पास झालेले विद्यार्थी यांचे सत्कार होतात, पण गेल्या काही वर्षांपासून हे लक्षात आलं आहे की हे विद्यार्थी पास तर होतात पण जॉयनिंग मिळत नाही. गव्हरमेंटमध्ये असं होणं विद्यार्थीना सवयीचं झालंय पण आता IT सेक्टरमध्ये सुद्धा हे ऑफर लेटर मिळालं पण वर्षभर वाट पाहूनही जॉयनिंग लेटर मिळालं नाही असे अनुभव यायला लागलेत आणि समाजमाध्यमात विद्यार्थी या बाबतीत त्यांची व्यथा मांडताना दिसत आहेत. आज आपण बघूया IT कंपनीचे जॉबचे राऊंड क्लियर केलेल्या आणि कंपनीकडून जॉयनिंग साठी वाट बघणाऱ्या फ्रेशर मुला मुलींची अवस्था काय आहे?
Students who pass MPSC are felicitated, but over the past few years it has been noticed that these students pass but do not get joining. Students have become accustomed to this happening in the government but now in the IT sector too, they have started to experience that they got this offer letter but did not get the joining letter even after waiting for a year and students are seen expressing their grief in this matter on social media. Today let's see what is the condition of the fresher boys and girls who have cleared the job rounds of the IT company and are waiting for joining from the company?

सर तुम्ही फक्त IT Engineer's ची व्यथा मांडली. पण आमच्यासारख्या other Engineering Stream ची तर अवस्था ह्यांच्या पेक्षा बिकट आहे

बस झालं, आवर तुझं भाषण, नको लाडात येऊ लगेच, झालं काही का लेगच एकच उपाय अन हाच उपाय, अरे सगळ्यांची ऐपत नसते धंदा चालू करायची, सुरवातीला भांडवल जमा करायला पैसा लागतो आणि तो नोकरीतूनच येईल, आणि धंदा चालू करायला पण आधी त्या विषयाचा अनुभव लागतो की नाही, गोष्टी कश्या चालता, एखाद्या कामाची काय प्रोसेस आहे, ते कसं develop आणि distribute करायचं याचं ज्ञान घ्यावं लागतं की नाही! कि फक्त वडा पाव चे गाडेच टाकायचेएत .

This is harsh reality and we have to speak about this issue in single voice. Thanks #BolBhidu for raising this issue. I have completed my Technical & HR interview for Cognizant in March 2022, & Technical interview for Infosys in June but I didn't get any update from these companies .

भारतात कसे आहे एखाद क्षेत्र चांगल चाललय म्हंटलं की सगळे मेंढरे त्या च्या पाठीमागे कळपासरखे जातात आणि ते क्षेत्र च बंद पाडून टाकतात. BEd Ded ani ata IT बस इतके च. आपली लोकसंख्या ही जास्त पण लोकसंख्या लाभांश ही संकल्पना म्हणजे भारताला तिचा फायदा मिळवता आला पाहिजे Lockdown मध्ये छोटे मोठे उद्योग जितक्या वेगाने सुरू झाले तितक्या वेगाने बंद ही पडले . यावर भारतातील लोंकांच्या चर्चा व्हायला हव्या पण आपल्याला राजकारणातील चर्चेतून वेळ मिळायला हवे बोल भिडू सारखी माध्यमातून या समस्या पुढे येतात पण यावर आपल्यातुन विचार करुन उत्तरे मिळायला हवी धन्यवाद

Many IT industries especially services companies follow this trend for students from less reputed colleges. These students are used for testing and data entry jobs. The only solutions is improve your engineering skills in maths, analysis and design, improve research aptitude. There are many things cannot be explain here in sucha small platform.

स्वतःकडे चांगलं knowledge असेल तर नक्कीच आयटी कंपनी मध्ये खूप मोठा चान्स आहे . हरवून जाऊ नका प्रयत्न करत रहा . येणाऱ्या काळात आयटी ला अजून खूप मागणी येणार आहे .

education system kharab aahe sagli, student na whole 4 year मध्ये per सेम 1 design software shikvatat, तीपण per week 1 hour., अश्याने kai होणार, theory पेक्षा practicle knowledge दिले गेले पाहिजे, तेच कोर्स परत 1-2 लाख रुपये देऊन करावे लागतात, तेव्हा कुठे तरी जॉब मिळतो, तुम्ही म्हणताय स्किल्स नाहीत, असतिल कुटून आम्हाला 4 वर्षात फक्त theory शिकवली, soft स्किल्स, नाहीत, highway la ज्याप्रमाणे ढाबे झालेत, त्याप्रमाणे राजकारण्यांनी कॉलेज काढलेत, कोणतही प्लेसमेंट नाही, नुसत मेंढरे भरती केलेत, फ्रेशर ला कोणी तरी संधी दिली पाहिजे , कोरोनात 10- 12 वि pass झालेले सध्या डिप्लोमा, engineer कढे शिफ्ट झालेत, त्यांच निकाल खरच भयंकर असणार आहे, फ्रेशर ना संधी दिली तर किमान इंडस्ट्रियल स्किल्स तरी शिकतील, पगार वाढवा mechanical, electrical, civil, passout ना पगार किती देता 7000, 10000, 12000, खरच विचार करा ह्या पगारात काय होईल का, म्हणुन सगळे IT काढेल शिफ्ट होत आहेत. समान शिक्षण समान वेतन कायदा करा. आज सगळ्या IT इंडस्ट्री मध्ये last 2 year मध्ये core ब्रँच मधून join झालेत त्यापैकी 70% फेक experience certificate वाले आहेत. त्यामुळे बाकीचे पण त्याकडे शिफ्ट होत आहेत.

IT च नाही तर पुढील काही वर्षात सगळ्याच क्षेत्रात हळुहळु मंदीच सावट येणार आहेच...कारण सुशिक्षित मुल-मुलींची फौज फार आहे,शेतीकडे कुणीही वळणार नाही... मग हे असले प्रवचन खायला जेव्हा मिळणार नाही ना तेव्हा द्या.

मुळात करिअर च्या सुरवातीला मोठ्या company च्या आणि पॅकेज लागणं चुकीचं आहे. लहान किंवा मध्यम कंपनी मध्ये खूप शिकायला मिळत. अशा कंपनी मध्ये सुरवातीची 4 ते 5 वर्ष काढली की तुमची मार्केट value खूप वाढते. आत्ताचा फायदे बघण्यापेक्षा लांबचा विचार करा. मी स्वतः हेच केलंय. आज 8 वर्ष झाली. माझ्या बरोबर माझी कंपनी सुध्धा खूप पुढे गेली. आणि मला ही घेऊन गेली. पण fresher असताना एक मोठी कंपनी ची offer सोडली मी आणि छोट्या कंपनीत लागलो. आज fresher होतो तेव्हाच्या बरोबर 10 पट salary आहे. आणि मार्केट मध्ये असे जॉब देणाऱ्या हजारो कंपन्या आहेत.

मंदी येते आणि जाते, उगाच नकारार्थी व्हिडिओ बघुन खचून जावु नका..स्वता वर विश्वास ठेवा..या वर्षी नाही तर पुढच्या वर्षी चांगला जॉब हा नक्की लागेल. फक्त स्वतःची quality आनि स्किल्स् वाढवा आणि स्वतःला चांगल्या पैशात सेल करा.

सध्या IT मध्ये जॉब करण्यासाठी, 2-3 वर्षे fake experience लावून, electric, mechanical, civil, engineer che पोरे जॉब सर्च करत आहेत ,त्यांच्यासाठी ही धोक्याची घंटा आहे, कोर ब्रँच che सुवर्ण दिवस आहेत, फक्त संयम ठेवा, आज जे सुपात आहेत, ते उद्या जात्यात जाणार, आज IT वाले, कोर engineer वाल्यांना हासत आहेत, हसा, थोड्याच दिवसात रस्त्यावर येणार.

INTERVIEW in Infosys failed (no response after hr round🥺) INTERVIEW in TCS failed in bgv😤 Interview in Capegemini again failed Interview in many small base companies but they preferred student who have max 65% not giving chance to deserved candidates almost lost all the way...😤🥺 . . . . . . . Finally Apply fake experience and got placed in small product base with 7 lpa (I am mechanical engineer)

Main aim asto private companyancha ki profit milvayach mg employee kadun takle tri chaltel. Ani government job manje mpsc Kiva upsc ch nahi aahe. Anek option aahet. *Dr. Milind Kulkarni HR L&T* Just because I am holding a senior position in HR with L&T, I have been getting many requests from my relatives, friends, acquaintances, to help their sons or daughters, who have freshly passed out from engineering college, to get job in L&T. The number of requests are huge. So many fresh engineers are unemployed, I could hardly helped only few of them to get job in L&T or in some other companies where I have contacts. I feel bad to say NO to many of the requests or for those whom I can't help. They get disappointed... I can understand. Parents invest their life time earned money just to see their sons or daughters getting degree in engineering. They think that jobs are easily available for engineers. After interviewing many of them, I can't even tell them that your son or daughter do not even have minimum required technical knowledge. Getting first class or distinction has become so easy without having fundamental knowledge of engineering. *It's high time for parents to stop running behind engineering degrees.* *USA produces around 1 lakh engineers per year for a $16 trillion economy.* *India produces 15 lakhs engineers for a $2 trillion economy.* The earlier mass recruiting sector was Manufacturing. It used to recruit from the core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc. But, Manufacturing is relatively stagnant at 17% of the GDP. So the core branch placements have become very difficult. The more recent mass recruiter was the IT sector. It grew from scratch to almost 5% of the GDP in a short time. IT Employed millions of engineers. Now, IT is also saturating. Only good, skilled IT Engineers are in demand. If you look at the sectoral composition of Indian economy, most of the sectors do not need engineers. Tourism is 10% of the GDP, does not require engineers. Financial sector, Trade, Hotels and Restaurants do not require engineers. Requirement of engineers in Health, Education, Agriculture is also negligible. *More than 50% of the GDP has no role for Engineers.* Still most of Indian youth are becoming Engineers. The situation is not sustainable . Demand is low while supply is high. Over and above this, skill level of an average engineer is poor, almost its non-existent in many cases. If we leave aside the top 100-200 colleges, most fresh engineers have no idea of what they studied. Ask a fresh mechanical engineer, can s/he design a simple frame? Today the situation is that most engineers are working in a field that has no connection to what they have studied in the college. This is a waste of resources. Engineering degree does not come cheap. It costs about 10-15 lakhs. For poor parents, its a huge burden. When their son / daughter is not able to secure a job, they are devastated. For the nation, you can calculate the loss. Leave around 1 lakh engineers that NASSCOM says are employable. The rest 14 lakhs have each wasted 10 lakhs of fees. That totals to around $20 Billion. Almost equal to the Government’s spending on healthcare. Over this, there is loss of human capital. India needs to replan the whole engineering education system. Goverment need to cut down on the number of colleges and improve the quality in the rest. *Also students should explore other career options than everyone becoming Engineers.* When it comes to education, a multitude of options are available today! From Aviation, to Hotel Management, Short Term Programs to big movie production courses, Data science, cyber security, Information Security, Cloud Technology Designing, Indian Armed Forces, Animation and VFX, Digital Marketing, Film Making, Technology Courses like SQL, PHP, Big Data, C, C++, etc. and much more! The number of requests are huge. So many fresh engineers are unemployed, I could hardly helped only few of them to get job in L&T or in some other companies where I have contacts. I feel bad to say NO to many of the requests or for those whom I can't help. They get disappointed... I can understand. Parents invest their life time earned money just to see their sons or daughters getting degree in engineering. They think that jobs are easily available for engineers. After interviewing many of them, I can't even tell them that your son or daughter do not even have minimum required technical knowledge. Getting first class or distinction has become so easy without having fundamental knowledge of engineering. *It's high time for parents to stop running behind engineering degrees.* *USA produces around 1 lakh engineers per year for a $16 trillion economy.* *India produces 15 lakhs engineers for a $2 trillion economy.* The earlier mass recruiting sector was Manufacturing. It used to recruit from the core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil etc. But, Manufacturing is relatively stagnant at 17% of the GDP. So the core branch placements have become very difficult. The more recent mass recruiter was the IT sector. It grew from scratch to almost 5% of the GDP in a short time. IT Employed millions of engineers. Now, IT is also saturating. Only good, skilled IT Engineers are in demand. If you look at the sectoral composition of Indian economy, most of the sectors do not need engineers. Tourism is 10% of the GDP, does not require engineers. Financial sector, Trade, Hotels and Restaurants do not require engineers. Requirement of engineers in Health, Education, Agriculture is also negligible. *More than 50% of the GDP has no role for Engineers.* Still most of Indian youth are becoming Engineers. The situation is not sustainable . Demand is low while supply is high. Over and above this, skill level of an average engineer is poor, almost its non-existent in many cases. If we leave aside the top 100-200 colleges, most fresh engineers have no idea of what they studied. Ask a fresh mechanical engineer, can s/he design a simple frame? Today the situation is that most engineers are working in a field that has no connection to what they have studied in the college. This is a waste of resources. Engineering degree does not come cheap. It costs about 10-15 lakhs. For poor parents, its a huge burden. When their son / daughter is not able to secure a job, they are devastated. For the nation, you can calculate the loss. Leave around 1 lakh engineers that NASSCOM says are employable. The rest 14 lakhs have each wasted 10 lakhs of fees. That totals to around $20 Billion. Almost equal to the Government’s spending on healthcare. Over this, there is loss of human capital. India needs to replan the whole engineering education system. Goverment need to cut down on the number of colleges and improve the quality in the rest. *Also students should explore other career options than everyone becoming Engineers.* When it comes to education, a multitude of options are available today! From Aviation, to Hotel Management, Short Term Programs to big movie production courses, Data science, cyber security, Information Security, Cloud Technology Designing, Indian Armed Forces, Animation and VFX, Digital Marketing, Film Making, Technology Courses like SQL, PHP, Big Data, C, C++, etc. and much more! तुम्ही engineering students chya नोकरी ची व्याथा सांगितली ...पण मी काही खाली प्रश्न देतोय त्याचा कोणीही विचार करत नाही 1. You people discussed degree and job. Do you think engineering degree means everything? 2. How many students know real engineering? Have you discussed that? 3. If one get 1 x 1 ft certificate means engineering? No...how many students can solve real life problems? 4. I am looking for enginners for my project work for last one year. I interviewed around 25-30 students but i could not select even one. 5. All engineering colleges distribute certificates bu nobody teaches real engineering. Quality of teaching and teachers is hopeless.

How can you expect a fresher to solve real life problems? A degree in any subject doesn't mean expertise in that subject. A degree in mechanical/IT or any other field doesn't mean the candidate must know everything that industry needs. It is just basic knowledge. A person only gets knowledge once he/she started working in industry. That's why it is called 'experience' isn't it? The problem with industry or people like you is you expect too much from a fresher. I definitely agree that if a person is not learning even after entering in industry then employer must fire that person. But not giving opportunity is disgusting.

Ban all private engineering colleges and keep only the government engineering colleges like COEP Pune wherein the admission is done on pure merit and no capitation fees. Also do not put any reservations in engineering and medical field which would boost only quality engineers and doctors. Make this demand to dear government. If this gets implemented then your project will be oversubscribed by the superior quality engineers. Then you may face higher attrition...!

तुम्ही उगाच मोठा issue create करत आहात आणि youngsters च्या मनात भीती निर्माण करत आहात.... खरतर company मध्ये जॉब न मिळण्याच कारण म्हणजे skills.... तुमच्या कडे जर skills नसतील तर कशी company तुम्हाला hire करेल. एकतर सगळं public IT कडे वळले आहे. ते बकरी जशी एका मागे एक चालतात ना तशी condition झालिये लोकांची... Package चांगलं भेटत म्हणून पळतायेत सगळे तिकडं..पण त्यांना काय येताच नसेल तर कशी company घेईल त्यांना.... इथे engineering चा मुलांना FE नीट clear होत नाहीये आणि कोणत्या basis वरती जॉब ऑफर् करायचे त्यांना....

Those who have some issues can reach out to HR team. My thought is just work on your capabilities...move to another company and grab next good opportunity. We should not blame the companies every time. If good candidates are not in ...then how company can run the show??? There r two sides of coin. I respect my company. In case any such thing happen in my company, I have right to ask.. i have right to talk to management. I make sure my company's name is shining. It's job of all who are hired to support great talents from outside. Problem here is the candidate don't talk.....they don't have proof that they are capable. They don't have proof that they are top performers.. they don't have proof that they cleared assessments. See.... Those companies need all evidences...if you have it .... believe me. I can fight for you....

I got offer letter from wipro in Nov 2021 still waiting for onboarding my friend got joining for wipro who got ol with me but i am still waiting⏳... It's been a year 😓... It is very depressing.. And applying for statups but they want atleast a year experience...

IT चे सगळे काम फक्त एक AI करणार आहे , १० वर्ष मुलगा पण फक्त बोलून , सॉफ्टवेअर, वेबसाईट, ॲप्स, काहीही ही तयार करू शकेल ते पण काही तासात, कोणाची गरज नसणार आहे, कोणत्या इंजिनियर ची. हेचं भविष्य आहे.जे मनात असेल तेच तुम्ही काही वेळात तयार करू शकाल... AI हेच IT चे भविष्य आहे. इंजिनीयर हा गुलाम असेल फक्त,😁😁😁. ९०% जॉब जाणार आहेत IT sector चे २०३५ पर्यंत....तुमची कॉम्पिटिशन AI बरोबर आहे 😁😁😁

Companies hire freshers forecasting Project requirements in coming months or 1 year. So for this hiring begins at a very early stage. But now due to Recession in US,Europe and UK as well other countries Companies do not have clear Order book or Headcount required so instead of hiring now and firing later Companies are taking a stand to Release offer letter on Resource Required Basis and not in Bulk. Hopefully this situation will improve and everyone will get the Offer. Till then Students need to keep Upskilling. Jai Hind
