I work at a big retail chain and I was helping a customer load an above ground swimming pool into his vehicle. I was waiting for his wife to pull the car around and heard Tom MacDonald blaring from a random pickup truck passing by (not sure what song it was because I only heard a split second, but I've heard enough Tom and Adam to know their voices when I hear them). You know someone has made it big when that happens! Another independent band I like is unheard of by anyone I know in my town unless it was me who told them. Tom and Adam are huge!
