Bottomline Dolphins have two options. 1 ) Cut him before 3-15-2025 and take a 83 MM cap hit for 2025. 2) Keep him past 3-15-25 and guarantee $40 MM in 2025 , $70 MM in 2026 ( base salary plus + signing bonus + option bonus). If we pursue option 2 the Dolphins will have to restructure the contract which will mean that we're going to be committed for a longer period of time to an aging Tua.

Tua has been a deception with all these injuries. This comedy started by Grier and Co. must end as soon as possible and consider him as a backup an develop the future starter QB. Tua is a liability who has disappointed his team. The last concussion was 100% his fault because his stupidity. And now this new injury. Gizz just at the most important moment of the season. Grier must go immediately. McD should go too, but once the new GM has time to evaluate the new HC possibilities. Time has come for these two clowns.
