I still remember in the 80's and 90's going crazy watching Dolphins games with my dad, mom and brothers. We were so die hard Dolphins fans that I would often be pissed off at school on Mondays after losses. We wanted Marino to win so bad and those 90's Bills crushed us emotionally. I will never forget the loss to the Chargers when it was Danny's last real shot. But after 62-7 and the Monday Night Miracle loss to the Jets, I just gave up and so did the rest of the family. Disassociating from the Dolphins has been a blessing. I'm home from church by mid first quarter and just throw on Red Zone and watch all the teams. I still have friends and family members who are Dolphins die hard and they can't understand how I just walked away from my fandom

Something has changed, from in 38 seasons from 1970 to 2007 this team had only 5 losing seasons. In Ross' 17 years, they've had NINE losing seasons. IDC, how much money Ross spends, he is a bad owner. You are what your record says you are.

I’m 36 and this was my 29th season being a Fins Fan (since 1996) and let me tell you about this Big O…. You’re right all I’ve ever seen is the last 4 years of Marino’s career surrounded by disfunction and then another 25 on top of that in this millennia. It’s tough for sure but these colors don’t run. Aqua & Orange for life. Fins Up 🐬☀️

Hi Big O I feel your pain!!!! I have been a fan since the 1966 season and its been frustrating for a very long time!! Not since I was a kid growing up in Miami when I was real excited over 50 plus years ago How ever During Dan Marino,s time Their was a lot of excitement!!!! But not the same Excitement I felt with the Butch casedy and the Sunshine kid. So its been Forty years since The last Superbowl apperence!!!! We need a really good Back up or somebody that can replace Tua if need be!!!! A better O line

MIAMI DESERVES A WINNING TEAM. TOO MANY YEARS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE LAST TIME THE DOLPHINS WERE COMPETITIVE.

Big O will say if Tua played every game this season the Dolphins would be 17-0! Bad news for you too, the Dolphins won enough games for them to make an excuse to keep Mike McDaniel! 😂

Grier: Fix the trenches and keep gathering talent get young not injury prone players at depth. Get us a solid QB2. Draft us a good QB3, Ross: keep spending, Weaver: Keep it up, McD: Run the overall show find a OC/play caller keep your flavor in there, fire challenge flag guy or get one. Fire STC. Tua: Protect yourself at all cost.

The owner is terrible because basically two things: he has hired garbage GM and FO people, and then, together with them, he has hired the wrong HC (ALL of them rookies: Sparano, Philbin, Gase, Flores, McMoron). He spends a lot of money in the wrong players. So time has proved that one can't necessary get the best team by spending billions. Ross doesn't have the skills for football, period.

Dude. Holland wants out of Miami. Probably because he, just like everyone but Stephen Ross, knows there's no hope of winning under this coach.

I feel bad for saying this, but I got more enjoyment watching the Buccaneers play this season. I'm from the UK and I'm 52. I first started following the fins in 85 being the year they beat the unbeaten Bears. Since then its been nothing but dissappointment. The only thing that has got me through this season was watching the Jets and we couldnt even beat them. I've seem this story so many times I never expect it to play out any other way. So they're coming back with McD and Grier.... They'll re-sign Eichenberg, mess up the draft by missing on talent (see Creed Humphrey!!!) and fail to sign any players who will improve the roster to the point its respectable and can consistently compete against decent teams. I'll be taking interest in the FA signings and draft, but it would be insane to expect anything different next season. If Armstead Jones and Eichenberg are back on that OL and Julian Hill is on the roster, forget it, not interested and I'll watch the Bucs next season instead

As much as i hate to agree with Big O. He just nailed it. This franchise has no balls. F**ckin pathetic. They care more about maintaining a functional cooperative work environment than they do about building a competitive football team.

There are a few of us saw that this team was not going anywhere before LAST season. But change takes longer for some than others. Ross/Grier/McDaniel and Tua are not the answer. Boycotting Ross is the only way to force a chance. The Dolphins won't win a championship moving forward in most of our lifetimes. Bank on it.

I would like to trade for Joe Milton III, get Chuba Hubbard and spend the rest of the money on Offensive Line but those contracts (Tua and Tyreek) looks like a heavy weight for years go on so.....Here we go again to mediocrity.

Look how bad Denver destroyed the Kansas City Chiefs, the Chiefs are in trouble and look what the New England Patriots did to the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo’s not going anywhere. The Miami Dolphins have suffered so many injuries. The last three years, I personally do not understand it, but you can’t have that many injuries and make that many mistakes and expect to win. Just remember, the city of Miami ran, Dan Marino and Dan Shula out of town, and remember no matter who you play. They’re also trying to win the game too. Free agency and the salary cap has really destroyed the integrity of the NFL.
