So with you Jackie ….never imagined I was a naked person. Tried it and felt absolutely comfortable and completely felt that release of not really being aware of yours and others nudity. Love it!

I loved the point about certain fears being imposed on us by our environment or upbringing. I have an unnatural fear of doing a headstand because I’m afraid I’ll break my neck - I’ve had the fear since I was a kid and I’m pretty sure it was something I saw or heard that put it in me.
