It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This '69 Chevelle Restomod | RestoMods Features

Matt brought his '69 Chevelle restomod to the Quarantine Cruise #10 and when we talked to him about it, the story on this build just kept getting more awesome. Lots of custom work has been done to this car, most of which was modified by Matt himself. Under the hood? a 700 horsepower small block bored and stroked to 454ci. With big heads and a big intake, plus plenty of other power upgrades, this Chevelle would've been a scary driving experience had it not been for the 4 wheel disc Wilwoods and coilover suspension all the way around. For a classic, this is probably about the best modern driving experience you can get thanks to Matt's vision of building a badass restomod Chevelle.

I'm a Ford person actually building a 70 Torino GT Convertible restomod now, but I have to say that is a awesome Chevelle. I hope my Torino turns out even half as nice as your car.👍

Beautiful car, my favorite Chevelle model. In "just my opinion", I don't often see cars modified in a way that makes them look better than the GM designers of this era did, but this one hit the mark, absolutely. Super clean, almost Teutonic economy of design, and menacing. Love it.
