I turned 50 this year and I absolutely feel like I’m living in one of those twilight zone episodes 😂, everything is upside down, I grew up in the 80’s and looking back it seems like a whole different dimension from gatherings, family reunions, block parties and authentic close family connections fast forward to today, so much fake toxicity, people wanting to use you for what you have and not many authentic relationships overall whether platonic or romantic. I’ve been an introvert most of my life so I have been able to adapt with working from home, spending a lot of time in nature, journaling and being grateful I have a small circle whom I keep close. I have come to peace with whatever happens and know that I will be okay. My 20’s and 30’s were really difficult fighting a life threatening illness but I’m here for a reason grateful to witness this time period. I know nothing is constant except change, so I stay hopeful and optimistic for the future of my lineage❤

And what was interesting was between the last two seasons of Black mirror there was a huge delay. I had read an article that the creators or creator had basically said they didn’t know where to take it because it was supposed to be futuristic but it turned out to be reality or too close to our reality. Back to the twilight zone I do want to recommend to everybody a positive twilight zone which is called “night of the meek“ it is a Christmas episode and I rewatch it every year that’s a very positive one- of course I recommend the whole series!

Hey man, i commented on one of your videos the other day summarizing, from what I can see, just a few of the things that are wrong with our society But i forgot one integral part of my comment, and that was to show you some love I hate thinking about you, along with everyone else your age, constantly being exposed to negativity in this world, and i feel awful because i feel like in a way i contributed to that negativity by acknowledging issues without offering any resolution or consolation I love you man, we all do This world is changing rapidly, and it can be scary, but just know that we are here for you Things seem so grim for everyone right now, but theres still so much beauty and love in this world, and I know you see and appreciate it too The human experience itself is but a passing thought, a dream strung along by our collective consciousness and with that, together, we can all collaborate in efforts to sculpt a reality far more synergetic and optimistic than the one we're experiencing now You are doing important work, and i am beyond proud of you for all that you do I love you so much man, keep fostering and cultivating that light within you, for it bears nothing but fruit The world smiles on you

I'm twice your age and am with you 1000% So are my daughter and son-in-law and husband but we are few and far between. So what do we do? That's the question because it's making me feel insane!!! I've always been able to see through but now it's different. It's changed. I felt sorry for kids your age cuz you didn't even really get to experience the good stuff. '70s the '80s the '90s I'd do anything to go back

It’s weird, Ai isn’t something new. It’s kinda been a thing in the past. Early 90s-2000s video games had NPC’s which is an Ai. But, this type of Ai we are experiencing is abnormal. I think it came out late 2019 or around 2020.
@seppylemar5826Ай бұрын
Yeah what we have now is a totally different beast. It's like the final boss of AI except its not even final, it's growing in size and getting crazier. AI in 5 years will be ridiculous

Idk how you came across my phone , but I'm glad you did. All that I can say is a lot of the things you say are biblical. Especially when you talk about time, and how fast technology is moving. Believe it or not it's all in the Bible. And China is already living by a social score.

There is an explanation why nobody is different anymore. There is no reward in excelling anymore. It is seen as elitist or even racist to be better than someone else and knowing it. People want praise for nothing. It is instilled from our boomer generation, also called the "applaus culture" that we need praise and a million photos for whatever we do.

Thanks for explaining the black mirror for us ancients. I never heard of it. But I felt like we were living in the Twilight Zone since before you youngsters were born. I didn't expect things to accelerate like this though. And I sure didn't think the great majority would just so easily bend over and take it, like Justin at a Diddy freak-off... 🤨 But I am happy to see some of the younger generation aware the impeding doom. Hopefully the big one will kick off before I am to old to help you fight.

As an older person, black mirror is the future. As for the Trump thing, they are moving news so quick many cannot keep up or even notice if something important happened

I was at a drive thru around 2 months ago, just to get a late night meal. I pulled up to the intercom and AI was taking my order the whole time, I was mad confused for a sec cuz it was my first time experiencing that. Only one human was working a shift inside. It felt super dystopian.
@patrickrodriguez320Ай бұрын
I'm also "religious" as the blind call it so I agree with your viewpoint. I had the same Taco Bell experience a month ago. And AI is going to lead to augmented reality where people can wear devices or headsets to stay tapped into the Internet 24/7. Then it's full blown 1984. They can manipulate the facts and control what people think and say. It's not fake. Social media/algorithms were step 1 Step 2 is AI And step 3 is augmented reality. It's just a progression of the same system.

Just found you yesterday and I’m loving your videos. I agree with you and I can’t count the number of times I’ve said in the last four years that it feels like we are in the twilight zone. Subscribed ❤

Your reference to Black Mirror and the Twilight Zone is a good analogy. The emergence of AI and past emergence of Social Media is fitting to introspect about. Something odd is happening, but rather than go into even weirder theories, I just go with the flow and eagerly await how things will unfold. I never minded much being a hermit or loner, so it amazes me watching extroverts still barreling through life as if nothing is off. The most off putting aspect is the lack of money, jobs, and the ridiculous inflation makes it all much harder to remain positive. Otherwise, as a deep thinker, the only thing I can surmise at this point in time is that life is interesting. But not sure if it’s in a good way.
