1:29 there’s a guided meditation practice that very few know about. If you become a monk like if you go to Mongolia to become a monk, you’ll get taught this. And you look at each other face-to-face first you do a grounding technique after you do the grounding technique to ground the person that’s coming to you. Then you have them look at you face-to-face and don’t take your eyes off each other. And you can see all their different faces come out. different spirits so if you may say or different versions of them from this life or past life, and sometimes, if you tell them, they can see all the different faces of you.
