I have the same melatonin and I noticed that when I take 2 I always wake up but when I take just 1 I sleep through the night. Also what helps me is wearing a sleep mask. I guess it tricks me into thinking it’s still night lol. I don’t like taking two cause I always wake up like 4 am after taking them at like 12am.
