We stayed at the Concord Resort, it was a big convention centre. I loved the church rummage sale, there was so many nice items. Our church rummage sales are all smelly old clothes and junk.

Regarding current day ashtrays: You can find one, and only one, it's just one style (no options) round black plastic standard ashtray at Walmart. It's by the household gadgets section, not anywhere near the tobacco products (which I think they no longer sell). They are secretly hidden next to the small matchbooks/boxes. $1.29 last I checked.
