蒜蓉龍躉尾
Steam giant grouper tail with garlic sauce

蒜蓉龍躉尾
材料:
龍躉魚尾1斤(已切件)
綠豆粉絲適量
蒜蓉1湯匙
蔥粒
處理:
1. 魚尾,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 粉絲,清水浸至完全軟身,剪碎,擎乾水,放碟上。
3. 魚,放碗內,加入調味料:
a. 蒜蓉1湯匙
b. 糖半茶匙
c. 鹽少許
d. 油半茶匙
撈勻,加入生粉1茶匙,撈勻,放粉絲上,排好。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸魚8分鐘。
3. 蒸好,灑上蔥粒。
4. 完成,可享用。
Steam giant grouper tail with garlic sauce
Ingredients:
Giant grouper tail 1 catty (already cut in pieces)
Mung bean vermicelli appropriate amount
Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Green onion cubes
Preparation:
1. The fish, rinse thoroughly. Drain.
2. The vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns totally soft. Cut well. Drain. Put on plate.
3. The fish, put in a bowl. Add seasoning:
a. Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
b. Sugar 0.5 tsp
c. Salt little
d. Oil 0.5 tsp
Mix well. Add in 1 tsp of tapioca starch. Mix well. Put on top of the vermicelli. Put in rows.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the fish at high flame for 8 minutes.
3. Steam well. Put green onion cubes on top.
4. Complete. Serve.
