Can you point out two states where RTC are in profit?Everywhere RTCs are getting big budgetary support.High fuel price, ever-increasing spare part prices ,stopping of bulk purchase facility etc have added to the losses of RTCs.Kerala RTC steps to increase non ticket revenue as well as ticket revenue is appreciable.
