Today, I made a devilish mini fruit pie that is so delicious that it makes me give up on dieting.
The design is too cute to look at and it has taste..
It's a mini-mini pie.
It took me about 2 hours to make.
I think it only took about 5 minutes to make and eat everything.
There was a pie, but when I came to my senses, all the pie was gone... lol
If you buy frozen pie sheets from the online market, you can make them really quickly.
But I have strong wrists.
I have patience

1 egg (without shell) 53 g
Heavy Cream (35% milk fat)
(Chocolate is minced, flour is before sieving)

(Frozen pie sheet: 30cm*40cm *1pcs// 3mm )

110 g (3/4 cup) bread flour
(or 220g all-purpose flour)
95g unsalted butter (A) (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp+1tsp)
97g cold water (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp+1tsp)
3 g (1 tsp) salt
5 g (1 tsp) sugar
60g unsalted butter (B) ( 20g+20g+20g )

75g heavy cream
25g mascarpone
10 g sugar
Kirsch (optional)

Morning Boone, what a delightful presentation of an old fashioned tea table treat. These vole au vents baked so beautifully, and then the filling looks fantastic. Yes, I have to agree, so much dedication to beautiful baking treats and some just inhale the baking. Baking delicacies are firstly to be admired as we eat with our eyes first, then the taste. The combination of flavours paired with the flaky pastry is fabulous! The filling is so generous and fresh, I am sure you enjoyed every bite.
