IT support works differently in terms what we have access and tasked to do, There's gonna be people in this line but never even touch admin O365 before. props for all your work bro, thank you for sharing.

Entry level IT jobs can be done literally by 14 year olds. I dont get why many companies still ask a degree for that. Password resets, changing OU, managing Office 365 accounts is not really that hard.
