"Still working form survival" this is helpful to as I'm working on my relationship with money, relationships, etc. I still notice survival things come up and "know bettter's" that come up. "You went from what you know to what you knew" thank you for bringing us back to the Now especially as I release the past this will assist so I don't pick up the past again. Choose the Now. And you wanting to honor all accomplishes that nothing. It is discouraging and hard but worth it. When you choose you now it honors you and you will see how it will allow you the choice at the right time to honor all, even giving the space to healthfully honor your past while you keep choosing you now at every second I hope I expressed that well enough. This is a good one. It's like asking yourself, should i just pay off the debt and work harder? It's always like that for me. My favorite stars who have crashed and burned lived the same way. Do or die. I guess that in ifself is quite telling.. For me, my issue is quitting substances and abusing alcohol. What works for me is something i was told in boot camp."Suck it up!" So that's what's working, really. It's not a challenge anymore, probably cause I've had to deal with worse struggle or pain in that experience, huh. I know it's only been 2 days since i smoked, but it feels different than before. Craving it 🚬...and then getting mad i dont have any or gotta go to the store, and then it just doesn't hit right so i gotta do it again with coffee but then in dehydrated so i do it again but with water or after i eat It's stupid, and i didn't even enjoy it. Shouldn't smoke cigs; but want to? Suck it up!

At the end of this video, my Alexa started playing “Take It Easy” by Eagles 🦅. No clearer sign than this! I worry about the decisions I make because I remember how things didn’t turn out the way I had hoped for in the past. Yes, have a pattern for sabotaging myself and quitting out of fear, failure, regret, embarrassment etc… We tend to beat ourselves up when we choose to live in the past. I’m choosing to live in the present, because it is a gift, and this gift is available to anyone who chooses it. Take it easy on yourself, and enjoy your day! ❤

I have asked my deeper self questions and recieved the answer of silence. I always wondered that meant about me like maybe I really wasn't actually connected to myself.
