Anybody wondering if AEP is worth it, I must say it is the most expansive, beautiful and loving place. Kyle and his team are absolutely wonderful and cutting edge and $299 a year is just insane. If you’re on the fence, go for it I promise you’ll realize it’s way more than worth it probably within the first couple months alone.💖

The Trigger is only meant for You! Whenever you’re triggered that’s simply your work to do. That’s where your inner child has felt neglected or rejected & is still trying to get your attention to acknowledge it. The only way it stops being a trigger is by Feeling it so it can reveal what is meant to heal! ❤

One of "my" old triggers was activated while I was at the store today. I became aware and instead of reacting, I started praying and asked the universe to let me see the situation the way IT sees it, through the eyes of love... I came home and found this video...OK. This "coincidence" has been going on for almost two years now. :-) --I have an experience, and shortly after Kyle puts out a video, helping me understand/respond to the situation from a place of love. I trust that I am not the only one who is having these profound experiences! Thank you so much for all that you do, Kyle! We love you! Look forward to seeing you in Sedona next year!! ❤❤❤❤

So, I had this sense of fear for no reason. And I was like STOP IT. It's like - No stop. Then I was like "What's wrong?" It ain't talking. So, I just take it with me, and no big deal. And I tell it, ok, any time you need something, come on in and let me know. Like a friend who has melt downs, get them some tea and hang out.

What if I chose love as my response to my triggers? 'Listening' to the triggered feeling is me loving the trigger. It's so naturally Scorpio for me to usually ice over where the discomfort came from. 😊 I can now listen and hear the need. I only have to hear... not agree or debate or convince or fix. Thank you so much for this! I have been feeling fear in the my body lately and it’s okay, now listening to it, I heard that it’s all coming out of protection and caution. After that, I heard “but what if the world out there is also changing as I am?” “But what the next people I meet will be on the same page as I am?” “But what if this is an opportunity to have a different approach on the situation?” All of my fears are being replaced with hope, love, and kindness.

Super interesting. I did just this last nite. That moment of writing a text to have your say and be heard but then erasing it because you can hear yourself and the trigger! I then had a conversation with myself. I listened and resisted the urges to keep texting. And eventually it passed and on waking this morning I am glad I didn't make more of a deal of it because I am sure it didn't come from a place of malice. It's such a journey with this one, as often if you have been repressed or silenced, not listened to or been made to believe that your voice does not matter, there is that stage of vocalising, of finding your voice, of having yourself hear yourself and speaking up!! That pendulum swings from one way to the other and then it's finding your balance with it and letting it settle. Also realising that if you give yourself that space to hear what's actually coming up for you, once the energy has moved, then being able to speak it out loud if needed from a more neutral space. Intrigued to listen to more of what you say Kyle. This is just me 2nd video in finding you. Thankyou for this! 🙏🩵

Yep, a recent quick fix to a trigger not only led to a perpetuation of the original programming, but it also led to a division between myself and the ones who were the triggers for me. Now, I finally get it, I see the whole pattern. Your point of view is so incredibly valuable, and it now echoes the higher awareness I rose to, which I was "coincidentally" resistant to before.

I love you so much. 💗 Thanks Kyle for following your highest. I love how you mention to not identify with the limitation as a limited self. To instead identify with the "I" as the infinite and see and hear the trigger. Yesterday I meditated on love, appreciation and gratitude and I began to cry out the pattern of codependency. I could hear it as I just sat listening to it so it can be heard, but I was the awareness of love and I had no judgement of it having to leave or stay. But it was almost a melting out of me. I had a download late last night before bed that all codependency is the pattern of lack, not enoughness, believing there won't be enough love for me or not getting the love that I need or love going away. I didn't even try, it just happened to me. As more tears flowed out, I felt like I was being cleansed from a very young me's pain. I just sat with it and I felt it left me. It felt like 30 years of heaviness just cleared out from me. All because I've heard you say so many other times to sit with it and do nothing, just be present with it. 💗

This was brilliant. I was triggered by a hotel that canceled my confirmed hotel reservation 2 hrs before check in while on 9 hr drive to get there. I blew up yet found a better place for less $ down the road. I realized I was arguing for my limitations. My trigger is being lied to and experienced in every aspect (parents, spouses, jobs, gov't...) of my life. Ugh, at least I'm seeing it.

This was perfectly on time as always. Someone I loved hurt me deeply and I felt so powerless. They say the truth will set you free and it has… Had I let them go months ago I never would’ve gotten hurt but I refused to release them… But God is so amazing that He’ll force you to let go of what isn’t for you. So now I’m left with the cold hard truth and for some reason at peace. My intuition knew the whole time but I kept lying to myself. But now I know what is and while I’m sobbing I strangely feel lighter. I’m trying my best not to numb it and when I just sit with it it slowly goes away… Thank you Kyle for always being on time. If I had the money I’d get AEP. Your content is the first I’ve ever seen real monetary value. Many people regurgitate the same thing but you speak Miracles and Blessings. Thank you again, you’ve truly SAVED MY LIFE. May Peace Be Upon You.

Great video. The message is in line with The Presence Process from Michael Brown, which deals specifically with Triggers. There are other ways, but they all point to not reacting but be present with what's arising, an emotion fully felt will dissolve.

Kyle thank you for this video. It's helping dissolve the painful triggers that arises countless times per day. I loved the analogy of our painful triggers are like an ice cube and our peaceful and compassionate looking at it without doing anything is the warm hot tub that melts it. Being curious and loving about it but looking not encompassing it as ourselves. It's trying to tell us something. To stop trying to figure what life is all about and enjoy the miracle it is. Lol My pain is from a lifelong search for truth and listening to all sides and opinions carefully. My advice to anyone else? Don't do it. Just love and treat people right and do what you're passionate about. Opposing ideologies make you go crazy.

That was actually very helpful. In many ways I already knew this but some of it were new angles and it honestly is important to hear certain things again from another person. :) I know that phrase wasn't super spiritual but I think it's okay. I especially loved the last comment on sitting in the grey area, not fixing and pushing ourselves like the old patterns would. But in relation to this and the ice example, I also don't like the approach of just suppressing an urge in order to listen to it. Aaron Abke had a bit of a proposition in that regard I believe. It's sometimes to go after what you want so urgently but with the thought in mind to see if it actually satisfies anything in us. To burn up the karma, was his reasoning in this. Because you can't restrain yourself out of this world forever. I guess parts work and embodiment work is also to be recommended in the case of a trigger or a powerful urge. Everyone has to find their own way through it. I really liked your bathtub allegory, I can imagine much better what is meant there, I'll become a warm bathtub. I love that! 😊 Thank you for posting this video and thank you for your work. God bless ya!

The universe is so wonderfully crazy! My 24 yr. old daughter called me regarding a situation where she was triggered, but she was so upset she didn't initially see it was a trigger, and really didn't know what to do with it. I said, think of a trigger like a bruise. In and of itself a bruise doesn't hurt, until someone bumps it. They didn't cause the bruise, they just bumped it, but it hurts and we react to the hurt. Like Kyle said, we give power to the trigger and react from that place. So with my daughter's situation I asked her what is under her anger? Is it a self-worth issue, feeling rejected, jealousy, or something else? She said "jealousy". I asked her to feel into that place and find the source of the bruise/jealousy. She said "I need to think about that", I said "Jojo, if you let her mind grab it you risk going down an ego rabbit hole, just try to feel into it, listen to what it has to tell you. She called me later and said "mom, you wouldn't believe what came up....". She saw it, she listened to it, and her whole demeanor was lighter and happier like she struck gold. Then I see this video tonight, the title made me smile, then as I watch it takes ME even deeper... so now I'm sharing it with my daughter. Thank you Kyle! ❤️
