Money always spent on the wrong individuals year in year out. Best example is tevita pangai on 750k. He was never going to be that consistant enforcer just look at his history. He was erratic at best. Who would have thought..yup this bloke is the right guy for a solid 5 year rebuild? And now we are in the market for Luai...lol that will do me.

Seems as though this show is just to whinge. This is a club rebuilding which also needs some recruitment. No one expected the Bulldogs to make the 8 at the start of the year. Add to that all the injuries, why is everyone so surprised? Don't forget, before the injuries they were 3 from 5 to start the season.

I actually thought we would make it until the injuries so I'm not going to judge Cameron. I want to see how we go next season keeping in mind all the players he has blooded this year will benefit us next season. Now taffe and knight have joined and xerri crita coming amongst some other poss signings. This is not worth discussing ATM. He is trying to build a work ethic and systems in place for long term. Any coach could say just go and have fun and we would probably win afew but long term we would just be medioka. Having said all that.... we shall see🤔

Its a poor excuse when the players are being tossed around positions every week with debut's. Biggest rubbish "They can't keep up with the training" when Perham is one of the worst full backs we've ever had but they keep him on and we lose averillo to dolphins because they dont wanna pay him 400k instead of 300k . Nah its not just a training issue , its how the club functions and where they put their resources. We will never make top 8 with this mentality.

I am 27 years old and been a member since I was in nappies and attended almost every home game. My father whos 58 this year has been a member for close to 40 years. I have supported the dogs through thick and thin. However, if the dogs decide to sign Luai I think I'll be relinquishing my membership. He is not what the club needs. I can't stand the bloke. If the dogs sign Luai our situation will get worse in my opinion. I'd rather get the spoon than have Luai in the blue and white.

There are too many players who keep getting selected that do not try and are shirt grabbers in defence i.e Okunbor, Almoti, Flanagan, Sutton, Topine, just to name a few and as for the captain RFM he's a disgrace and should never have been re-signed for 3 years whoever made that call is just plain dumb as he offers nothing in attack or defence, also TPJ can go also talked himself up and has had maybe a handful of games being at his best another waste of cap space. If they think bulldogs supporters are going to say that's ok another 2 years at least to be competitive Ciraldo will be gone next season at some point even though he has a 5 year deal.

The west tigers with mcguire showed that expecting high standards without developing a proper connection with the players first is basically the titantic. Whatever worked at Roosters or Souths may not work at Canterbury and if your methods are sort of ruthless in pushing players out or making them expendable it's got a way of biting you on the arse. If you look at the model that Ivan Clearly has ... players will run through brick walls to get to training, it has to be more than rules .. systems .. players also need to know they're heard and understood for long term success.

Rugby league is not rocket science is it? Run your allocated 5 then kick for field position. Play error free and you will have a chance to bomb and mitigate their first tackle. Follow up with repeat sets with kicks in opposition in goal and the points will come right? As long as you do those things you will be competitive and not get demolished every week right?
