Them moving on is surface level. The minute their new supply wants to go deeper in the situation, they’ll be discarded soon there after. This is why when they move on, they’d rather play the side piece roll.

That’s a keen observation! Narcissists often struggle with deeper connections, and their relationships can be quite superficial. It’s important to recognize these patterns and prioritize your own emotional health. Thanks for sharing your insights!

I drafted a letter to the narcissist which I never sent but having done that , was quite cathartic .

Writing a letter can be a powerful way to process your feelings and gain clarity! It’s great to hear that you found it cathartic. Sometimes expressing what we feel, even if we don’t send it, can help in the healing process. Keep focusing on your journey!

I know for a fact that he is away this weekend with a new supply. I just sent him a message stating I have found someone new and wish not to disturbed again and I will not contact him either. Of course I have no one else but this was my final message cause he wanted to stay friends. I am now done!

Exactly what I had to learn was this was his way to get me to let him have his way so when he decided that he no longer wanted me or my number I told him.I DON'T NEED U. HE thought everything he said or did to me was gonna get me to beg plead react or respond (NOT)I never chased after him never looked at his social media page his pic or nothing I believe all i did was shock him I remember 1 time he just swore I was seeing someone else after the fact (NOT)HE couldn't call me so I could remember he would call my daughter wanting to know how I was doing my daughter told him I was good because I told her don't tell him nothing about me it s not his business. I knew then I broke his spell ❤🎉😊 so when he decided he wanted nothing more to do with me oh I let him have his way alright See he decided to cook the ham glaze it but couldn't cut it because the ham he had was burned meaning i was done I had enough of his bs he thought him giving me the silent treatment then introducing my daughter to his mother was gonna get me to talk beg plead react or my (NOT) he would give me a VERY STOOPID look like I bET u gon call me now (NOPE) .

Congratulations on breaking free from toxic manipulation! Your strategic approach to handling the situation, especially limiting contact and setting boundaries with your daughter's interactions, demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence. Your journey serves as testimony to the importance of self-love, boundaries and assertive communication.
