Julie, since you love Lebanese and Middle Eastern cuisine, you should eat at Al Ameer Restaurant in Dearborn, Michigan and Sahadi's in Brooklyn, NYC.

I just had Za'atar spice on chickpeas for the first time last night and it was out of this world. I want to try it on everything!

I love your show , but I would love to learn how to make this outdoor oven and how to use it , I feel your traditions and culture is very beautiful!! It is one of the many things I love about America is that we can experience, explore these amazing cultures that immigrate here and I do envy those who are apart of these thousands year old cultures... I do wish you could be more informative , like how I can make this outdoor Arabic oven in my own backyard ect !! Thank you for your show

Yeah I love your show , middle eastern food is so delicious and I'd love to be able to make it right in my own kitchen but i think my issue with this show , is that for an American beginner cook it's very hard to really understand what it is your doing ..

I suggest you to cover your hair when cooking and remove hand jewelry........your cooking is great

I agree that when you're doing "real cooking for people to eat", you should tie your hair and remove jewelry. HOWEVER, this a show and appearance is important.
