A pretty good first track. Really did a good job on capturing the “fight” aspect of it. It sounds like a very casual, but epic battle. The intensity kicking up when you hear the “time is running out” music is very nice. It actually kind of does give you that Mario feel where you're like “Oh shit, I gotta go faster”. The player hearing the music kick up like that will have them feel the need to press the notes faster and that's where the poison mushrooms come in, so you can't just hit the notes all willy-nilly, you have to pay attention. The fire kicking up is also a nice touch. Best Part: 2:15 - 2:58 Tier: S
