This is my dream car I had a 03 GT special order one owner car with 50,000 miles I bought it in 2008 I absolutely loved it! I was wanting to do everything to it to make it a Terminator. I miss my old Termi, I bought it brand new and got it imported to my home country, it ended up getting rear ended my a big truck in 2008. I had a 3.2 pulley and some other bits. Im just happy to have my new one and to see you enjoying yours the way it should be

With that setup, Go with TR6ix plugs and a BA2600 MAF. Or convert to a GT500 slot style MAF. I’ve built several 03/04 Cobras ranging from 6-900 WHP. If you have any questions hit me up

If he's not running out of fuel there's no need to change anything. The tuner should have been able to see if the maf was pegging from the datalog. I'm sure with his intention to go E85 he'll need to upgrade his MAF though.

pull out the MAF, Clean the MAF with CRC mass air flow sensor cleaner.a dirty MAF can cause your misfires as well.

Wver since I was a little kid (18 now) I always wanted one of these things.. I was 5 when I first saw one up close in 09. My dream spec would be a shadow Grey vert with black accents. Black mach 1 style trunk face, dark tinted raxiom tail lights, ccw wheels, nice led headlights, and open hood vents...... that's the goal .... 🙏🙏🙏

My last Cobra was 2.3 TVS and Cams.. made 650 wheel. My current Cobra is 2.9 Whipple crusher, built motor, e85, etc.. makes 800+.. had a lot more fun in my last car at 650. I think that 600-650 range is perfect with these cars.

My car had a 1st gen 2.3 whipple on it when I bought it 5 years ago. It made almost 21 psi with long tubes and cams. On 93 octane it put down 576 on a shitty tune. Now it has a gen 3, 3.4 whipple, put down 700 on 18psi with 93 octane and boostane.

Just put a gen4 2.9 whipple on my sonic blue 03 cobra its on e85 long tubes and return style fuel system. It made 870 and 750 fp of torque. Was tuned at Dean's performance by Bob kurgan Its a beast.

I’d gap those plugs a little tighter and def do new coils. I’d also check the blower belt you could be getting belt slip as well.

Pull all the coil packs and check for cracks in the outside of the coil and look at the seals on the coil pack, I would personally recommend getting all new spark plugs and coil packs, sweet new edge, wish the dyno day could have gone smoother but that is one of the luxurious of having fast cars

I had the exact same findings when I did the plugs on my 03. Those coil covers let water get in them so easily, I found out that it's extremely common to find 1 or 2 plugs rusted or weathered. 600whp is alot for 93. With the coils fixed, a smaller upper and the tune dialed in on e85 it will make 700whp easy Derek. How much boost did you make on these pulls?

@@DerekBaranProductions headers aren't going to get you much if any peak gain. You'll see a little more under the curve. More hassle and $ then they're worth in power. E85 and retune and you shouldn't have a problem hitting 700rwhp.
