Wow, the most powerful thing he said was right at the very end: "I am trying to exist in my own lane!" YEES! Because he really cannot be compared to anyone else out there. He has always been in his own lane, but other people were sort of trying to put him in this box or that box... and it was impossible because he is totally unique, one of a kind, and I am so glad that he is finally an independent artist and can do whatever the hell he wants. ... Anyway, great interview all around, thanks for uploading it!

Nick, the "sequel" you heard rumor of may be a two-hour documentary called "The Show Must Go On," which has aired in the U.S. It picks up where the Bohemian Rhapsody film ended, with Freddie's death, and tells how Roger and Brian dealt with that, their work with Paul Rodgers, and then meeting Adam and the whole evolution of Queen + Adam Lambert. The story is quite remarkable. I think it's going to air in other countries in time.

Thank you, NME, for this interview! You've connected the different parts and influences of Adam's work perfectly. And I think that's exactly what his upcoming fourth album will do. Both songs 'Feel something', just released for the fans, and 'New eyes', the first official single, are really wonderful. Honest feelings, real instruments. A soulful, smooth, deep, lush and sexy mood. I love them and can't wait for the whole album #VELVET ❤

All is fair in live and war so let me take the opportunity to say what a hack Lambert is. Beast. So sick if him being called a better then Freddie as queens front man. Never!
@borednerd21005 жыл бұрын
NO ONE EVER said he was a better frontman than Freddie! He himself says "he couldn't dream of reaching the legend thatvis Freddie"
@dlsfield97705 жыл бұрын
Plenty of people have said that. Even Brian and Rodger. Something to the effect Adam hits notes that Freddie couldn't. It's been said by some that Adam is the "New" front man of queen or Freddie "replacement", which is completely stupid. I did not say Adam has made comments. Nonetheless ignorant comments have done a dis service to Freddie by the Lambert fans and some media.

why do you think anyone gives a rat's behind about your opinion, learn to spell before you attempt to write

@@dlsfield9770 Freddie was a baritone, Adam a tenor. Especially live high notes are easier for a tenor. That has little to do with talent.

Yeah after 10 years 218 sold out shows in arenas and stadiums in 42 countries, and performed to 4 million fans, a #1 album, and considered in the XXI century the best band of the world. They dont need a bitter man, their concerts sold in minutes. Adam is now a legend and the frontman of Queen, He is part of the band history forever alongside the other frontman.
