9 years ago, my Dad and I made a commitment to go to Disneyland after my cousin's wedding. We went to Small World for the first time and we had a blast. We went on it a second time, and it was just like first. The whole time on both trips, I had nothing but a big smile on my face. We still went on several of the other rides that day.

I love the ride myself, though I think I like the one in Disney World in Florida better than the one in Disneyland in California, probably because I went to Disney World first. And yes, I am aware of the song's earworm status, and the "creepiness" of the dolls (which I actually find to be kind of cute, but then again, I tend to like things that the general public does not)

I listen to this because of Richard Sherman because he died a few months ago and because of his death, this really does hit hard. And we do really need peace in this world. None of this political, censoring blah blah blah nonsense. I’m glad Walt Disney came to the boys straight away that he needed a song that explains how positively children can change the world and how a song can make everyone feel connected with Jesus’ message to all saying, “Love thy neighbor” even though it’s hard because of all the cynicism and hardship going around. I’m having a hard time with being practical with people due to the news of what’s happening and my parents keep saying to me, “It’s fake, they’re trying to pull a string on you with makeup and stunts to make it believable to make you scared.” Also, I’ll never forget Fred Rogers’ quote that whenever he feels scared, his mother will always tell him, “Always look for the helpers. You will always find people who are trying to help.” It ain’t easy to feel positive about what’s happening around us but what’s genuinely a Small World is we find things that are positive to us, and it feels great to find videos or listen to music to make us feel good. I know the Haunted Mansion is my number one favorite rides, and nothing can change it. But, I would definitely place Small World as my second favorite because it’s not about the dolls or feeling relaxed on a boat for 10 minutes. It’s never about that, it’s about the message behind it all and there can never be another Walt Disney, the way he wanted both this ride and the song to be peaceful and that’s something I would’ve wanted to hear Jesus says about it all. All thanks to the Sherman Brothers. That’s why they’re my favorite songwriters of all time.

Yeah at Disneyland there is a huge clock and it has a face and it move left and right when it clicks (just look up the clock at its a small world) and the bringing part is the characters coming form the side of the clock. Sorry if it doesn't make sense but look up the video better it will make more sense...
