As someone who started out in life privileged and then went through a rough patch, consequently having to go to public school, I can tell you that going through the hard times formed my character, made me have a deeper respect for people from all walks of life, and made me a hard worker. Those friends of mine who had it good all through their lives have made poor choices and their current stations don't reflect their auspicious beginnings. Small things like etiquette and pronouncing the names of French perfumes can easily be fixed. But lack of character and integrity you can never fix. You have every winning ingredient. Regarding the mirror, it doesn’t look bad But, personally I think maybe if you got one that can be wall hung over the space above the bath tub. Reason for this is because the standing mirror goes a little up to the window and that obstructs natural lighting into the room.
