@ChefSofiaa 5-8 on its lowest heat, constant stirring, soon as the cheese incorporates take it off the fire so it doesn't burn to the bottom. It's personally how I do a similar dish. I also use Sour Cream instead of liquid cream as a personal preference. I found with high heat the cheese just instantly sticks and is hard to remove when cleaning. Low and slow 😘
