The reason i think this is important, is for ALL ALL ALL of us who: LOVE to cook, but (in our own rights/standards) "suck at cooking", yet will never stop doing the same mistakes and hurdles lol. What i mean, with zero disrespect, is We're seeing here two sons of a Restautauer and professional chef, who himself makes frequent mistakes, and they show the actual chaos of recipe building. Peeling an onion can disrupt 4 mins of your recipe. we dont see that in the professional crispy clean edited TV shows. I love when im done cooking something and its great and yet twice during the prep im asking myself why on earth i think i can cook. sorry for rambling. i enjoy this content.

Hey, guys. Just a heads up. Real pasta alfredo does not have cream in the sauce. The only ingredients are pasta, European butter (more fat), finely grated parmesan cheese and pasta water. The pasta water acts to bring the cheese and butter together to make the creamy sauce. Use a minimal amount of water to cook the pasta for maximum starch and toss it all together. Takes a while to get it right but it's great. Look it up for details.
