From a Philly viewer… Cheesesteaks in Philly almost never have bell peppers, fried or caramelized onions are common, if we get peppers it’s usually a hot pepper which my favorite places use hot cherry peppers. Ketchup and or mayo on the bun. American cheese or wiz. It’s fun to see when people make them how they prefer still.
