I'm 52. I was the perfect age for the music going on in the early 90's. I was a freshman / sophomore in college when Grunge hit. This band is so tapped into the early 90's rock sound it's amazing. This could easily be something someone would have heard / seen on MTV in 1992 - 1994. I'm absolutely floored by this band. Really really good. AND she's playing a Flying V. Bad ass.

I asked Julia about the tuning on this after the Ratboys show in Boston (pretty sure they'd shared this somewhere else before but I couldn't find it): "Dude, it's so dumb. The low E and the bottom two strings are tuned a half step down. Now I just need to write another song in it!" So D#-A-D-G-Bb-D#. Viva la Ratboys!
