It's All Falling Apart

Things are really tough and it fels like it's all falling apart. Being a single special needs mom can really get you down sometimes. Right now I am in a fight with social services to get Elin more care, and I want her to get on to Continuing Care as well. On top of that the footplate on the wheelchair is broken, a part on the wav is broken and I have a screw loose.
I'm a special needs mum vlogger in the UK with two daughters, one of whom is severely disabled. Elin is a girl with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she has a feeding tube, is a wheelchair user and as she can't use the toilet independently she is in a nappy / diaper.
Apart from cerebral palsy, Elin has complex medical needs and seizure disorder. She has tonic clonic, or grand mal seizures, partial focal seizures and absence seizures. She is on multiple medications every day, for her spastic muscles, for her reflux disorder and for her epilepsy. Elin is on a blended diet, which we give her through her feeding tube, and I share tips, how to and recipes.
On this channel I share our day to day life, our morning, feeding, medication and bedtime routines, feeding techniques, how Elin communicates, etc. I also showcase the relationship between Elin and her sister Alice, and how they play and interact with each other.

Oh Tova I hear you. I am 43 and from glasgow and am I full-time wheelchair user and have spina bifida, hydrocephalus and other illness that impact my daily life. I was told along with my parent that I'm not ill enough for carers and just recently had to through a at home pip assessment. And the result of that was my mother and father got denied carers allowance as they earn to much money and they only work 3hrs am and pm assisting autistic kids to and fr om school and thatvthey have to pay back all the carers allowance that they received even though they are working the alloted time allowed to receive carers allowance. I makes you mad that genuine people get scrutinised and have to prove themselves. Sending you so much love xxxx

I tried to get CHC funding, but they refused it. I’m on 4LRs Oxygen 24 seven. I have a very serious and complex congenital heart condition and I’m on palliative Care. The care system in the UK. Is so messed up. I’m so sorry you’re having these problems and I get their act together and sort it out for you ASAP xxx ❤❤❤
