I thought you and the followers of your channel might like to see how your individual constitutional rights can properly be practiced. Below is a summarized report that I was requested to submit to congress, to identify and address a growing voice that has started to echo through the halls of our Nation's Capital. It's hard to believe that 150 years after Abraham Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation, a belief towards slavery being a constitutional right of the white race has been reborn. My report to congress identifies how the policies of one state governor connected with the MAGA far-right reinterpretation of the 13th Amendment of the US Constitution has led to identifying their true intent. You are getting this before it is released, because I believe our government has long been withholding the truth from "We the People". The Connection Between Changing the Narrative on Black History Education and Modern-Day Racial Exploitation In recent years, certain political actions, particularly in Florida, have raised concerns about the potential distortion of history and the implications for racial inequality in America. The state's policies under Governor Ron DeSantis, especially those restricting how Black history is taught in schools, along with the current push suggesting a reinterpretation of the 13th Amendment, suggest a troubling agenda that some argue could normalize or even justify systems of racial subjugation akin to slavery. The Florida education policies, particularly the "Stop WOKE Act," have sparked debates over how slavery and its legacy should be taught in schools. The controversial curriculum suggests that slavery was not merely an institution of brutal exploitation but a means of education for Black people-teaching them skills that allegedly helped them "survive" and thrive. This revisionist narrative minimizes the dehumanizing impact of slavery, framing it as a system that "benefited" enslaved people. Such an interpretation ignores the historical reality of economic exploitation, racial violence, and social dehumanization that slavery entailed. This revisionist approach to history is deeply concerning because it attempts to reshape how future generations understand the legacy of racial injustice in the United States. If children are taught that slavery was a beneficial system, they may be less likely to recognize the lasting consequences of slavery, including institutional racism, economic inequality, and disenfranchisement that persist today. In tandem with these educational shifts, some far-right groups and white nationalist ideologies are revisiting the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery in 1865. Critics argue that its exception clause-which allows forced labor as punishment for a crime-creates a loophole that enables the modern-day exploitation of incarcerated people, disproportionately Black and Brown Americans. These groups suggest that the criminal justice system’s treatment of Black prisoners amounts to a form of slavery, with forced labor in prisons seen as a continuation of racial exploitation under a different guise. This reinterpretation of the 13th Amendment is often used to justify policies that uphold racial hierarchy in America, such as mass incarceration and the criminalization of Black communities. By framing the prison system as a legitimate, even necessary, method of racial control, these far-right narratives obscure the real systemic issues at play, including racial profiling, economic disenfranchisement, and political disenfranchisement of Black people. Taken together, the distortion of Black history and the reinterpretation of the 13th Amendment can be seen as part of a larger political agenda that seeks to reaffirm racial inequality. Although there is no direct push to reinstate slavery, these actions could normalize racial exploitation and create a foundation for policies that subjugate marginalized communities while maintaining a false veneer of legality. As a society, it’s crucial to recognize these efforts for what they are-attempts to rewrite history, diminish the true horrors of slavery, and reinstate systems of racial control. In doing so, we ensure that we do not repeat the mistakes of the past and uphold the principles of equality, justice, and freedom for all Americans. In Conclusion: The actions taken in Florida regarding Black history education, along with the reinterpretation of the 13th Amendment, suggest a troubling attempt to rewrite history and legitimize systems of racial exploitation. While not advocating for a return to overt slavery, these efforts may serve to reinforce racial inequalities by distorting historical truths and justifying modern-day forms of exploitation, particularly in the criminal justice system. It is crucial for society to recognize these trends, challenge them, and ensure that education and legal reforms support the principles of equality, justice, and freedom for all people, regardless of race. In Faithful Service to Our Constitution
