so you ever focused on pro/supi/cup and may be rise/sink as a 1rm lifts?ive been doing pronation/wrist wrench deadlifts as a heavy triples these cycle. you think a beginner should focus them as heavy 1rm lifts from time to time in their training blocks?

yes they should, you always have to work somewhere around 90% if you want to get stronger .. also dont forget that your table session can and most likely is pretty often 1RM on cup , pronation etc, one have to be cautious to not overdo it

Hello , do your wrist day seperate with Push/ Pull day or You do it after Push/Pull day?. Thanks you i often do low weight high reps, it really burn my forearm and wrist.
