I loved the eucalyptus mint tablets. They didn’t work very well in our walk-in shower with no door but my kids have a fully enclosed glass shower and it was a dream in theirs! I love that they’re a FHF sponsor. Highly recommend!

Nicole, have a look at 'Broyans Farm" they had much deer damage on their strawberry's and Logan put in a very economic electric fence (just wires and poles) run on solar round their new strawberry field before winter. And they have had no damage since then. I think that could be perhaps something for you.

I love that Brad is trying to figure out how to get you more planting rows! That’s so sweet!

We got a solar electric fence around our garden completely keeps not only the deer out but rabbits etc. Even neighbors that let their kids run through my garden on a muddy rainy day! Except daring the daughter to try to touch the line! It was really easy to set up and not extremely costly! It was off of Amazon!

Just imagine how many rows you could fit if you didn't need to mow between and just needed room to walk! Have you ever thought of placing cardboard topped with wood chips for the paths? You sure get plenty of cardboard with your plant plugs. I guess that would be a lot of wood chips you'd need, though. Your Brad Pitt is such a sweetheart, offering to make the rows longer next year!

Your soil looks so healthy, expecting a bumper crop this year! I think you will appreciate the wider aisles this year with the ability to mow in between. Besides, Brad has plans for more beds, which will surely make up the difference and then some. What a journey...you've come a long way from your initial dream when you were sitting on your 'thinking rock'. Your story is inspirational, guess that's why I'm still here. Cheers!

@carolhendley7608 ай бұрын
I put in summer beds with my Nolt’s bedmaker (thx to you!) We did something a bit different this year. We went thru once and just made the beds then went back over them with the drip and plastic. Almost no bubbles this year. Does the roller help with bubbles?

I’m experimenting with deer control, albeit it, on a m u c h smaller basis than your farm, by laying frost cloth over deer favorites at night, ie hydrangeas, bird feeders!, hosta, etc. Yes, it’s another job. But, if it continues to work I DONT CARE. It’s better than spraying stuff.

It's dual sided black and white. I have been using the white side up after several seasons of frying the early seedlings on 90 degree May Days.
