ICE feels like a 90s product now. Watered down with some absolute junk, but one in about a hundred boxes you can hit some real gems. Did like the Clarke though.

I always wait. I just paid $190 (with shipping) for 3 hobby boxes: 21-22 Artifacts, Credentials, and Ice. Essentially $60 each and you get some nice pulls opposed to paying $130 for 1 mediocre box that is new.

Never bought ice and probably never will, thanks for opening, hobby shops in Toronto/GTA hardly ever have decent pricing or sales on hobby boxes. When I go down to the 🇺🇸 hockey cards aren’t a big deal…but you gotta pass Buffalo, even Buffalo are pretty much the same prices with the exchange.

I just snagged a Ken Dryden card from an Southern American for $32 American...same card in a PSA 6 can go for well over a hundred...especially here in Winnipeg.

man even at 45 bucks a box it'd be hard to break even on the average box ahaha. at least itd actually be fun at that price point, win or lose. i have a feeling 2024-25 products are going to mirror 2022-23 products and will completely crater in price like a year or less after release.

Same thing happened to me when I was ripping a box. I pulled an Auston Matthews Frigid Ice Crystals /99 that was sleeved and I was like what the heck is going on here. I was still happy with the pull but it was definitely not something I was expecting. Always enjoy and appreciate the videos Zeeree! Keep em coming!

it depends on your budget. Start with Flagship for Young Guns or Opeechee regular which at least last year was well priced and a fun rip. Moving up you have OPC Platinum, The others above or at the same tier are too risky for what they charge. Also products differ year to year, personally I like Trilogy but would not touch the latest crop where I went in the previous. You can also be smarter and buy singles.
