Also, if the Boss does not have to replace equipment that is lost or broken, then Ryan has more money to reward you all with bonuses and with free meals as we all know he does. You work for him because he trusts you and your abilities to perform and be dependable! You are also friends and family, that is what makes the company/ life AWESOME!!!

You know it's funny how people are. People just don't get it. This stuff is pretty common sense stuff. You gotta yell...the skid loader is loud, dump truck LOUD, etc. Idk. I just don't get people nowadays. Everyone wants princess treatment. Whatever. I enjoy this channel because you guys are HILARIOUS! I'm not in construction but shoot ..I learned a lot! Hey Ryan. You asked in an earlier video for ideas on how you can make your guys more engaged in keeping the trucks up to the safety standard. You could split up the bonus certain number of chunks. Like you get 1/5 of the overall bonus for not being late, 1/5 for keeping the truck they are in charge off ready and restocked (Here goes packing the tools away on the truck and closing cabinets), and so on with all that you expect from them.
