For the past few years and especially since he purchased this new land, Ryan’s business and personal life have been trending upwards. It’s pretty clear. All the new heavy equipment, all the work and personal vehicles new land, all the KZbin revenue, revenue from sponsors, revenue from merch, free tools, plenty of concrete jobs scheduled already and constantly bidding for new work too. Life is pretty good for the guys. The employees behavior and dealing with the slow moving city engineers are just bumps in the road. He’s laser focused on achieving his vision for his work and personal life and is well on his way there. He knows how to take the bad with the good and keep moving forward. He complains about a lot less than the people who comment on every video. And y’all don’t even know the man. All you see in these edited vids are exactly what he wants to show you and nothing he doesn’t. So take things with a grain of salt when you watch anyone vids. You don’t actually know what it’s like to be Ryan and you don’t actually know what it’s like to be one of his employees. You don’t know these people.

You can debate all day long about how the dynamic should be in the work place and how the boss should treat his employees. There’s pros and cons no matter which path you choose as a boss. What you can say for sure though is that Ryan is set in his ways and believes in his method when it comes to dealing with his guys. Also, his overall focus is not on the little things he doesn’t like about his guys. He’s obviously very ambitious person and it’s clear that since buying his new land he has been very focused on his vision and what he wants to do with that property. Also generally speaking his business and personal life are learnt trending upwards, he just keeps building and building. It’s definitely an upward trend. So with that why would he completely change how he does things, especially when it comes to the dynamic of the relationships he has with employees. It’s not perfect but it works in the long run and that’s where Ryan is focused.
