I've been waitin for this one! Season 12 really did have all the best things about this show in it. The chill (by their standards) bar episodes, creative change in location episodes, equal focus on comedy gold and character development and even flexing Charlie Day's songwriting chops. Next to 3 and 5, this may be my favorite season or at least tied with 7.

It's pretty depressing on rewatches. Not everyone has a family who wants them to get help, let alone one with a business that they'd want to include you in, so for him to throw away the opportunity is kinda heartbreaking. Besides that though I think it's a good episode and was definitely funny the first time.
