Apple seeds, while they do contain cyanide, the amount they contain is so small, you'd have to eat an orchard of apples to run into trouble. It is perfectly safe to eat the entire apple (stem and all), although you may prefer not to. This is kind of more for pet owners as most people just don't like to eat the core. If your dog eats an apple though, no need to worry(unless they didn't chew it at all)

The doors to nowhere in Charlie's apartment are common on the east coast. Before modern heating and cooling, a lot of rooms had multiple doors, so you could direct hot or cold air where you needed it in the house. almost all calico cats are female cause the way the fur pattern forms is due to the XX chromosomes fighting for dominance, with XY chromosomes you usually have one primary one and it keeps the color uniform, although thats not always the case which is why there are a very small amount of male calicos
