I was sure Ronald McDonald couldn’t have been well known when Mac was born so I looked it up. I was very wrong lol. He was introduced as a mascot in 1963. By 1970, there were already 1500 McDonald’s locations. By 1980, 6200 locations. Rob McElhenny was born in 1977. His parents absolutely knew who Ronald McDonald was lol.

The waitress’s name is Nikki Potnick because she is the only woman that didn’t have a name tag. The reason she didn’t comment on Frank wearing it was because she was drunk and not paying attention to what the name tags that people were wearing. She also was paranoid about her name tag not being made. She was not looking for someone else wearing her name tag. She thought that one was not made. The reason why Dennis knows the name is because they all know her name but they never called her by her name they always refer to her as the waitress. In the one episode where Dennis is talking to her on the phone she tells him her name and he doesn’t remember it so she told him it was the waitress and he responded by saying that he didn’t remember her name he only knew her as the waitress but they all know her name it’s that they refuse to call her by it. So Dennis knows that the name is a woman’s name he just doesn’t place it with the waitress because he’s use to calling her the waitress as does the rest of the gang.

@@tb4076 Really I mean sure I guess, but many people already speculated that’s what it was long before the reveal since the door was always shown in the shot. I mostly like the twists in IASIP that you can never ever truly see coming. Like when Mac actually slept with Dennis’s prom date instead of Tim Murphy, because that was mentioned all the way back in season 1 or 2 I believe and the sudden reveal is awesome. Same with twists behind the Frog kid. 😂
