Maybe in this blooper collection, but Rob breaks the most overall. There's episodes of Sunny where he is straight up laughing during scenes like in The Gang Solves The Mortgage Crisis or The Gang Hits The Slopes. And if you look hard enough, you could probably see him bite his lip to prevent laughing at least once in every episode. I used to think Danny broke the least, until I noticed him actually laughing when Charlie was talking about the donkey brained certificate in The Cereal Defense. He had a couple of other scenes where you can notice him slightly breaking before fastly getting it together. I think Kaitlin breaks the least. Other than a few bloopers with Glenn, she rarely breaks first. Rob and Glenn have mentioned how they used to have her with Charlie the most in the earlier seasons because the rest of the guys couldn't keep a straight face and Kaitlin could. I was also reading a recent interview with Will Forte, her costar on her new show, and he was saying how she would nail everything on the first take and mentioned how easy and fast the shoot went.
