He didn't offer any of them an invitation because for him they are worse than trash, he was just enjoying looking down on them and watch their misery. It wasn't about the homeless guys choosing the bread or lottery - it's inconsequential for them. So far I haven't seen a react channel that understood this. Sad.

The frontman Lee Byung hun is the highest paid(that's because he has been a high profile actor in Korea and also did Hollywood movies ). Goong Yoo(Goblin) and Lee Jung Jae (protagonist) can compete with top 2. They're talking about how these Squid Game actors are paid as celebrities, not only how they are paid in Squid Game. Goong Yoo has been a popular international name even before Squid game. Lee Jung is a veteran and popular actor in Korea as well but in terms of international recognition, it was only when Squid Game happened,but there's no doubt he's also one the highest paid, now that he can demand more because of SG.

People talk about Gongyoo, and yes he absolutely killed it this episode, but I also really liked the loan shark duo. They also displayed phenomenal acting skills. I hope to see them more in the future. This was one of the strongest 1st episodes of any show I ever watched, including Squid Game season 1. This season did not disappoint at all. My only complaint is that it was too short :(

Hmm.. I think that the recruiter kinda secretly had a death wish.. rather than not wanting to admit that he's a dog.. He's smart, he knows exactly what he is, what he did. Before killing his dad, he believes that working hard is gonna get him somewhere, for survival. He's not a crazy person in the beginning, until killing his dad crushes his soul. He said that he is cut out for the job, just for the sake of saying it to intimidate gihun. He is not crazy, he didn't have a choice, his dad lost the game. If he's not doing it, someone esle is gonna do it, and he will be over too.. I dunno if he's numb from doing the same job over and over again.. pretending to be crazy and enjoying what he did.. For the first Russian roulette scene, he took the first shot.. I just think that it's totally unnecessary to do that just to intimidate the victims.. Maybe, Russian roulette is the easy way out for him..
