Hey glad to see you back with us. I’m sorry things are not so good for you and your health’s been flaring. Just want to say you seem so positive and that really helps. My CFS is less symptomatic than yours appears to be thankfully but it can still get me down at times. I live within the day.... my motto is tomorrow will be better and it eventually is for a little while anyway. I can’t say the sun gives me crashes ( just wondering if you have developed an autoimmune.) my skin has got a lot more intolerant to it. I burn even wearing factor 50 if out for a while and then develop petachie rash. Especially on my feet. Or exposed areas, I live in Scotland too so have been put on added vit D. Are you still under the ME nurse... I’m assuming it’s the same one as I think there’s only one in whole of Scotland lol. My brain fog is hard my kids laugh at me now as I’m so forgetful or muddled. My words are always wrong. Luckily I can still read although my eye sight has got worse lately and I find my blurring or getting double vision when tired.... have you thought of audio books? I find they help me. This is such a weird time but funnily my life hasn’t altered much so I’m not finding the changes as difficult as some. Take care and keep posting x

💜I’ve missed you! To my shock last week I read a book! So yeah, it might get better. That’s my first book in yearrsssss. About the weight gain, most of us get it I think... currently morbidly obese so that’s fun. I have been working on it in the last month and its been hard but I do feel a little better. I’ve been using MFP. I’ve started dreaming about getting my own place to live. And after years and years of struggling I’m going to go house shopping soon. Don’t lose hope because I actually improved after years and years. Yes I do take a million pills and have injections every other week and literally changed every part of my life so I could lose less energy on things that didn’t seem worth it but I finally (was, before COVID 19) able to get out of the house a little more. The walking you do/did is amazing and something that I’m honestly a little jealous of. Keep up the good work, I’d love to see and hear more from you!

Wow that's amazing well done! You should be so proud of yourself! I am very envious that you were able to read a book, what I would give to read a bit of Jane Austen again! Yeah I guess it's just one of those things that happen to us sadly. Glad to hear you're feeling a little bit better. Oh I've never heard of MFP, what's that? That's very exciting that you're going house shopping soon! Yes I'm very thankful I was able to get up to that much walking last year, hoping I'll achieve it again at some point in the next year. I hope you'll be able to manage some walking in the near future. Thank you for the encouragement! xx

I totally understand the sun thing, it completely drains my energy and gives me severe headaches and nausea, ( I have alot of light sensitivity) hopefully we will both improve on that one day ☺️❤

This was such a nice surprise!😄 Found your channel 3 years ago when I finally understood that what I was experiencing wasn’t laziness or something like that. My symptoms was part of an actual diagnosis and thanks to your videos I had someone to relate to, more specifically someone my age😅 I feel the same way about the heat, it doesn’t really help me especially the sunlight because I’m so sensitive to light. Yes please share your tips regarding noice sensitivity, that’s also something I struggle with. No need to respond to this comment, I know it can take a lot of energy and brain power😂 I usually never write comments but just wanted to let you know I appreciate your videos and wish you all the best!

Aww good! I’m so glad to hear that, people like you are the reason why I wanted to make videos in the first place 😊 Sorry to hear you suffer from the heat and light, I also used to suffer from light sensitivity so know how frustrating it can be! Wow you’re the first person who I now know that also suffers from noise sensitivity!! It sucks huh! I’m hoping to have a video on it in the next few weeks. You’re right, It really does take a lot of brain power to reply but you’re too nice so I had to reply! Aww thank you so much for commenting, you’ve made my week with all your lovely words. Hope you’re doing okay ♥️

Welcome back, I still think about you a lot and hope that you’re doing okay, so it was lovely to watch this! I’d love to hear more about how your noise sensitivity affects you and makes you feel, as there’s not a lot of info about it online! xx

Hey Georgina it’s been a while! Ditto (is that even a word people use nowadays), I hope you’re doing okay too! I had been loving your Wednesday Instagram stories! I actually managed to film a video on noise sensitivity a few days ago so should be up in the next few weeks, although I don’t think I was as informative as I had wanted- classic brainfog 😂 xx

Good to hear from you again. I have been struggeling with ME for 26 years now (my age is 59) but my energy-level hasn't been okay since I fell ill at age 14. I am not bedridden. I can read or listen to books. But I cannot work or visit family/friends or go on a daytrip or....... you name it. I also have a noise-problem. I bought noise-cancelling headphones: those are amazing!

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been suffering from M.E for so long, huge respect to you. Oh that’s good to hear your headphones are really good, what headphones are they?

My headphones are Sony WF1000M3. They are a life-saver for me. When there is a lot of noise, I put them on with soft baroque music in the background. But music is not required, you can use them silent if you want.

Ah yes, I’ve heard so much about those headphones. I’m really tempted to buy them but I just don’t know if I can afford it!
