I think it depends whether your like poor or rich because instant delivery with 125% is kinda long term money I think. I would use minimum 110% insta.

You should just do the entire category. Small furniture is not good alone. The entire category makes 30% more money than both Small furnituture and electronics.

A private server helps if you dont already use it. Also sell expensive items if you dont.

If I want to focus on money, should I sell cars and make a store that cycles through customers quick? Or should I stick with selling furniture. I’m also thinking just doing both with 2 floors but I don’t think I have the money to do that and place lots of parking.

I did have enough for both. As of right now I have 38 parking spots. Should I buy more, if so what’s a goal/cap? I want to get bus stops after I got an efficient number of parking spots, however I’m not sure if they would be worth it. Ik on its own compared to parking spots it’s trash, but I’d think their would be a point where it’s more beneficial to get a bus stop instead of more parking. But I’d like to know your take on it since u seem to know about the game better than me. (Not to mention the fact I’ve learned most of what I know from your videos.)

Okay, so if you want max possible income, sell only furniture. When it comes to parking spot efficiency, 10 EVs + 20 normal, or 10EVs + 10 + 1 bus & tram. You're right about the cycling though, thats what makes small stores so good.

Yeah, I dont really watch those, they are not really good. Only hire workers when you have at least 6 parking lots and sell furniture or other good items. Just build a new layout following my money guide imo.
