Great review. There was a lot of options on those few transmitter buttons. I had thought about different cab options. So those mock ups were very useful. I'm sure I saw that WPL suggested a 370 motor would bolt straight in also. I like it and the price is very good. But ultimately it's just not for me. But WPL will definitely have a customer if they release the C-74 Suzuki SJ410 being shown in Japan. 😁

Good to see you back you always do a great review on my b36 km a great tip is to slice the side indicators off and drill a small hole then pop in a 3mm led and paint it amber looks awesome I showed it on my channel a while back. Your review didn't disappoint still on the fence about buying this although Im such a wpl fanboy have everything I need to upgrade it cheers

@@RCModelsandMods Yes it has so much character, I have 2, one in Desert sand and the one obviously in green. That one requires upgrading using the WPL B36 180 motor and gearbox, plus there standard electronics which suit me requirements.

I built my own in the year i waited for this to be released all metal and a jjrc q61 and i sell working turnbuckle style chain binders too

Great video! I ordered one hoping it would carry my Heng Long M41A3. Have not seen a video of the B36 trailer with anyhting other than that WPL track vehicle. Have you tried a Heng Long or equivalent on it? Would love to know since I wont get mine for a couple weeks:-( Also have the 2- speed gearbox and 370 motor on or deer also. Thanks!

Hi. Thanks. I forgot to include the dimensions for people with tanks . Doh! Ita 140mm wide. My Tongde Centurion was far too big for it. So I think you would need to widen it to suit, and add the upgraded gearbox/motor for more power. 😎👍

A very late reply but no way it can carry a similarly scaled 1/16 tanks, the Ural 4320 is not a dedicated tank transporter and it's translated to here very well, the only tank you can carry that fits without much modification is the 1/16 scale M4 Sherman (or anything smaller) because it is slim enough to fit on the trailer width wise. Although you can carry Heng Long's 1/24 scale tanks, Tong Li's 1/24s and JJRC's 1/30 tanks and it wouldn't look off.

@@aces6262 Too late! I modified, and widened my trailer, and went all metal gear, and 2 Spd transmission, and it hauls my HengLong M41A Walker Bulldog. I got some 1/16 soldiers, one for a driver, and they scale out about the same size as tank driver. Looks cool, and not too out of scale.Even with all upgrades, for $200, I'm real happy with the truck!

Great video. Did you find yours lacked low down tourqe? Mine couldn't even drive across fresh cut grass with a c54 on the back. But like you said a 2 speed is a massive upgrade so much more control and torque 😊

Do you happen to know if the motor and new anti torque gearbox will fit the B36 comms truck? I have one of those and, whilst it is still fun, the little 180 motor limits its performance, even when driving over appropriately sized obstacles (I.e. not 1/10th rock crawler boulders!). Cheers. I have the E1 so I'd be looking to get one of these transporters in the future.

Hi. When you say new, I assume you mean the new wpl gearbox. Yes they will, but you need to flip one axle as it has counter rotating driveshafts.

Soooo… with the trailer being so clearly a ChMZAP 5247G the US style body on the truckhead really don’t fit… can’t wait for an Maz 543 (7410) 8x8 truck head…

The trailer is really scaled down, the actual trailer has the same sized tires as the Ural truck. It's made for the big Maz tractors to tow.
