I’m riding Tahoe Friday. I’m so pumped. My daughter out for her fist ride. Lol she lives in Tahoe and it makes me so happy to have a home on the west coast. As a east coaster a dream come true. Thanks for sharing. I’ll link back after the ride to let you know how she did.

Pedaling on medium-sized loose rocks is the WORST. There's a short climb at my local trails where the middle, steepest part, is covered in that loose rock. It sucks when you lose traction and spin out only to get thrown forward into the handlebars. Gotten winded more times that I'd like to admit - but cleaning it is an awesome feeling!

Alright Bri still watching all ya vids after nearly two years watching your journey content gets better and better 🤘🏻 Just a pause for thought here, I’ve been mountain biking for over 15 yrs and have had the odd tumble, split helmet , pedal shin rash, busted fingers elbow damage, last Sunday I didn’t see what was about to happen which was a silly mistake of clipping a tree with the bar end at around 20mph and going OTB hands stretched out and snapped my hand wrist off my arm, it was like jelly, luckily I was with a mate and we were in Wales 2hrs away from home, after surgery titanium plates screws and now plaster for 2 months, the surgeon said I won’t be able to ride until next March 😳 I’m self employed and basically screwed, so what I’m saying is be vigilant out there and don’t take anything for granted, suppose you’re insured for such an event but I was not, gutted to sit out the next 5/6 month but at least it’s not sitting out the spring summer month, I’ll be an avid viewer of your channel even more now, keep up the great work Bri 🤘🏻😎

Grouse Ridge is one of my favorite weekend backpacking spots. It'll be interesting to see if you find the trail challenging. In parts there's some steep spots but for the most part I don't consider it great mountain biking.
@JClark26005 жыл бұрын
Update after watching the video. Yeah you guys encountered what I thought you would encounter which is great backpacking trails but kind of meh MBT's. I think Tahoe Rim trail was WAY better! At least for mountain biking. I do give a thumbs up for getting out there and trying new things. I'd love to take Brian out backpacking though in Grouse Ridge. The area is epic and there's some hidden gems worthy of some pain and suffering to get there.
