I heard this one, too. Way back in the day. From my old boss. Whitley was on Work, just like a fave of mine from the 90s: Ms. Heather Nova. If it’s more rocking than his previous platter, I’m sure I dug this one more back in the nineties. Excellent tribute for Mr. Sykes, too. R.I.P., John Sykes. An amazingly talented cat. Gone way too soon. ~ Davey Cretin, from Cretin Classics.

Thanks so much Davey! You said it perfectly about Mr. Sykes. This album is definitely more rocking and louder. I did not know of Heather until now so thanks for the tip. Cheers! - John Alapick, vacant above the din.

Totally different album than with Living With The Law. Hendrix meets Grunge is a great way of describing it. A great way of showing his diverse influence in playing and writing. I look forward to a few more listens on this. I saw a new vinyl reissue of this album at Seasick recently. $40 though. Great tribute to John Sykes.

Thank you so much JC! I am aware that there's a small loyal following who love this album. However, I am pleasantly surprised they reissued Din of Ecstasy on vinyl! If I was a vinyl guy, I'd consider that price but only because I love this album so much. Cheers!

@ I decided to get it since it’s record club day and I got a discount! It was a first time on vinyl limited to 1500 copies..

@@MyMusicCorner Okay cool! Glad you got a discount on this. I figured it wasn't a vinyl release since by 1995, very little vinyl was being released. Let me know how the vinyl sounds when you play it. Cheers!
