For an operations manager he really is lacking in common sense his attitude is childish and not a good role model for the company, infact both managers are an embarrassment to FPS The divide they created between the company and members of the public did them no favours at all, their directors must be really proud, i think not. These are commercial businesses that have big signs on the front of the buildings advertising who they are. They even have websites which they are desperate for people to view in order to see who they are and what they do, but when you then turn up and show some interest with a camera, they appear to lose all sense of normality and their business suddenly becomes a big secret.

Great work PJ. It's amazing these huge companies spend a fortune on marketing and PR but then when ONE MAN turns up on their doorstep they haven't got a clue how to handle it. The fear factor kicks in and they default to some primal defensive mode. Here's a hint guys - just talk to a fellow human being how you would like to be spoken to and every ones a winner. Until then though, these interactions are entertaining and I'm sure get more viewings for you PJ. As it now happens to be - 1000's of people have a negative view of FPS, when the reverse would have been so easy to achieve.

Totally agree, put yourself in their position and ask what are they doing and is it illegal, and take "feelings" out of the equation, unfortunately with online training being the norm and GDPR training being especially poor, 100 people "trained" online results in 100 people taking in 100 different viewpoints, Health, and safety training is another perfect example of opinions and not regulation or rules (3 men round steps to change a lightbulb)
