I cant wait for the finished film :) big projects (and this one is big) can be daunting, especially if you're doing most of it yourself. I think we're all overwhelmed by projects and the frustration of not being able to get what's in your head out but, as you say, giving up isn't a solution. Watch your energy levels and take small steps, it will be worth it in the end :)

I have had this same dilemma, with a stop motion project also. Its a big project to do a short film when you are all the crew and the creative. I have made elaborate puppets and sets for an idealised project but during the pandemic I had all the time in the world but couldn't finish it. For now I've boxed it all away. The story I know is solid but I feel the set wont do it justice. Instead I have started a new smaller project to help me train and that I can finish. Ambition beyond scope can hurt your self esteem. Its not failure to reassess. You seem to know what your doing. Your puppet and world look really good. Just reflect on this video and realise sometimes you have to ride the wave of doubt and insecurity. Each time you will learn how you respond to challenges. Thanks for the insight Elaine.

Great work love the concept ! I create caricature figures , would be great to brain storm with someone on animating ! Don’t force ideas let them come naturally with no anticipation! You got this !
