Hello, i will be travelling from Lisbon to finally see Elbow live on the 14th May on Co-op Arena. With all the fuss about the rescheduled shows from Peter Kay, did the arena looked "finished"? Will they fix all the remaining issues until then?How was sound on the Rick Astley show? Thanks

Or just don't drink beer? It's more expensive in London and cheaper here in Yorkshire. The venue has to be paid for somehow that's why those venues with expensive surroundings charge more and a basic cafe is cheap and cheerful it's people's choice. But it's good to have a big arena in the UK that's not in London though I suppose.

@@jamesdent7883 No I haven't but it has been stated that this new Manchester arena will have the largest capacity in the UK. The venue will hold up to 23,500 people when fully open.

Useless Co-op! This is ridiculous. If it was in China, the venue would have been built for a quarter of the price and it would have been open since 2017. In fact, it would already have collapsed or burned down by now.
