I do IF and I notice I really need to make certain I drink electrolytes. Some people say to use Celtic salt. I use Eulyte, which isn't that bad tasting, but has los of minerals. I get a headache and lightheaded after 20 hrs if I don't drink it. I haven't been able to go past 24 hours without food. I usually do 18:6 IF. By the way, you look good today! Pink is your color! 🙂 I am continuing to pray for your health to improve.

I tried winter sowing but haven't got the knack of it. I wonder if I cover the 8x4 bed with plastic and a cover whether I could sure my carrots yet? How low is too low for doing that? I pray the Lord directs your doctors so you can find solutions to your health conditions. Having had post concussion syndrome in all too familiar with the ups and downs, foggy thoughts and lack of energy. I'm retired with very little time pressure or stress but still get lost in the fog at times. If it wasn't for the Lord giving me strength I don't know how I would've made it through working. I'm gaining weight so going to have do more on the bike and glider and the other machine I can't remember the name of😮. It's hard to remember to do it because I have grow lights now in the old mini greenhouse in the basement so it takes all my time😊. We do have our temptations😂. Blessings to you from Ontario Canada

You could do carrots. They do better being covered so they stay damp and the birds don't eat the seeds. I'd wait until the overnight temps stay in the 40s.

We will address that with my doctor. Could very well be. I haven't had Covid since last spring, but it could very well be. I know it took a long time for my lungs to recover
