Brad, Such a classy answer to a broad and complex question.

Travis Dumler i agree. I could tell that the young man was not as impressed and may have felt he could compete even as he tried to downplay his abilities. Even better than an answer of ‘lace it up and come out to try it’, resources... support system... I had to stop and pay attention to that. Having spoken to Brad in person myself I can vouch for what a down to earth person he is and how much love he has for the game.

As a high school girl's bowling coach, THIS is the BEST advice I've ever heard for young aspiring bowlers! Brad, Im not even sure you realize the power of your voice. You guys are successful in bowling and with this channel, but don't underestimate your ability as a speaker. You could do motivational speeches to a wide range of people, but especially to young bowlers. I've always enjoyed this channel, especially for the laughter you guys bring, but this was on a whole new level. Absolutely awesome Brad! 🤩 👏🏽🎳👏🏽🎳👏🏽🎳👏🏽🎳👏🏽🎳👏🏽

Met Brad at the HoF in Arlington (I'm the tall gray haired guy that told you to get in front of me to get your video shot, also named Brad). He's as genuine in person as he comes across on these vlogs. Love your advice to the young man in this one. "Always be nice to people". SO Important!!! And for those that have made it, be nice to those on your way up, because they may be the same ones you run across on your way back down. Love what you guys are doing for the sport...good bowling!!!

Excellent advice, Braddy boy. Excellent advice. One thing I've learned over the years is to exercise Patience. Desperation and trying to make things happen before its time is your worst enemy. Things will eventually click, whatever they are, at the right time when it will the best for everyone. You just have to keep insisting and trusting yourself that if you work hard enough, it will happen.

That was great advice Brad gave that young man. I'm a purely recreational bowler in the 150s range. For Christmas I got myself a 16 lb Pitch Black. I wanted something that would have more umph going through the pins. I decided to change my grip to fingertips instead of the full fingers I've been doing for 30 years. It hasn't gone well, but each week it's been better. Yesterday, I decided to pull out my standard ball and give it some love since I hadn't bowled with it since before Christmas. First game was sloppy but 2nd game was a great, for me, 188. Then I pulled out the Black to give it two more games of learning. 180 and a 132. Best game with the Black. Just got to keep on plugging.

He has the true definition of a pendulum swing, very loose and free. It just looks effortless. Every sport has that one player that makes the game look easy. Jordan had the perfect physique, not too big or skinny, not too tall or short, not too powerful or weak... when he jumped he floated.

@NeoooooGaming I've known E.J. since he was a baby and have had the privilege of watching him grow up, as I'm a few years older. It truly is remarkable to see the transformation in his game over the years. If you could have seen him as just a TINY 5 year old...he struggled to pick the ball up off the rack, toddle to the line, and then use every ounce of strength he had to throw it with two hands down the lane. From that, to the smooth, one-handed, high rev player he is today...it's incredible. There was never a time, in all the years I spent in his parent's bowling center, that E.J. wasn't practicing. Instead of listening to the critics who said his size would be an obstacle, that kid put in the work day in and day out. I've really never seen anyone work that hard. It's been a lot of fun to watch his journey the past 20+ years. 😊

It's interesting how this channel and your performance has grown over the last couple of years. I'm not your first subscriber, but I've been around awhile. This year feels different. Don't let it get to your head, but Kyle, Brad, Kris, Darren... I think you guys are going to shake up who we normally see on television. I hope you come to IL this year, I missed last year due to stuff, but it seems like a lot of fun. Thanks for what you do.

Hey guys, just a thought....When you start a new tournament, could you spend a moment giving us an overview of the week ahead. EG: The format from qualifying to finals. Other tournaments & events that are part of overall event. Then on the last video of the week, could you tell us how everyone in 'The House Squad' finished. You asked for some ideas....I would love to see you guys doing something at an event, that is outside of the bowling. 1. The House squad Vs Belmo's squad. A different challenge each week such as 5 a side soccer, pool, darts, frisby throwing, go karting, plus others. (The young upstarts from the house take on the 'more mature' Belmo and colleagues) Lots of semi competitive fun with maybe forfeits for the losing team. Give it a catchy title and a silly trophy and this could be a regular 10-15 minute weekly video. (Ham it up with some WWE type verbals to camera) 2.Bowlers (or The House) Vs fans/ kids: Giant Rock, paper, scissors. EG Kyle against all the kids together. (Brad judging & organising) Everyone does RPS and those that Kyle beats, sit down, Repeat until you have one kid left. Then one more time and if the kid beats Kyle he gets some merch from you. 3. The PBA does Karaoke...Find a Karaoke bar in the town, have a drink or 2...nuff said !! Cheers from Manchester, England.

Wow Brad, your advice to Brandon is Gold. " Resources" is so important in every filed, sometimes we are so focus on how to get better, and keep on practicing, and working out to build strength, but after this video I learned something more valuable which is Brad said, to be top is only for a few people and what's more important is the journey, the process, the resources....I've met Kyle a few times, haven't had chance to meet Brad. Would love to meet Brad someday!

@@Brentster1953 I recently learned a nifty trick with scrambled eggs. Apparently it's been around a very long time. when making scrambled eggs, omelets or similar, add a tiny bit of baking powder (not baking soda). To 3-5 eggs I add between 1/16th to 1/8th tsp or so. Beat it into the eggs. The baking powder will make the eggs rise. I found it's a nifty trick to make big tall blocks if scrambled eggs in the microwave too. The BP seems to control stiffness. Works great in your egg pan on stove too. Give ot a shot, search around it's a cool variation on standard scrambled eggs.

When I was a teen, I created a lane on construction paper, all of the boards , and arrows. then cut out a ball with the curve I had. Could place start on bigger middle board. Essentially that ball, with track allowed a look at what arrow, or board, to aim for.

freaking goofballs! Nice to see Kyle punching out some Radical gear. I'm still stalking gear options and like a lot of what i see in the line. What i really like the look of though is the Motiv Forge Fire that Tackett throws. At one time my game was similar to Tackett, not close to his level but i made money on amateur rounds. But the Fire Forge looks very similar reaction wise to my old money maker from Storm, the Fire Power (resin, symmetric of course, Curelon 2). That was my go to for quite a while. Curious about today's Quantum Fire (red pearl). It combined with the original Brunswick Sapphire Zone (surface mod via good old well maintained Luster King) were my first balls after an 8 yr layoff and i won a $1200 tourney basically right out if the gate after just a month of practice. Keep the great ball info coming. Drill the Squatch Hybrid dang you Kyle! hahaha...btw, none of the guys in the house except Prather are anything like my playing days style. Still it's a blast to watch ball reactions under live play not instructional vids. Shoot lights out in Friday's squad! Wanna see the house own the show!
